TALON

The Talons are known to be described as tweaked Ibanez RG guitars. The Talon has a basswood body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, one Heartfield humbucker (bridge position), two Fender single coil pickups (neck and mid position), 22 frets, a single-ply black pickguard and a Floyd Rose II tremolo system. Ultra slim "U" shape neck radius is 17" (431.8 mm), scale length is actually 25.5" (648 mm) despite all documentation stating 25.1".
Talons with a Kahler-labelled tremolo had no screws all through the neck at the nut, and no string retention bar. Other tremolos did.
As opposed to all other Talons, the 'regular' Talon had no lower contour body scoop and no tapered body near the heel. It was routed for HSH pickups despite having HSS pickups.
