I suggest you bring it back to the states and get it repaired. These are special guitars. Every one of them.

Dave from FretsOnTheNet.com can make you a new custom pickguard. Just send him yours so he can use it as a template.

A case is hard to come by. Best scenario is to buy another guitar with case and sell the guitar. Done it myself.
